  • I was somewhat excited to try the food here based on the ratings. We (wife and kid) came on a Sat lunch. The restaurant was getting full but we were seated quickly. Friendly staff. Ordered a pizza special, antipasto salad, and 2 kinds of wings. The salad had no value for the $12 price tag, was no frills and not memorable. Pizza and wings came up next. Pizza "looked" great as they really brown the cheese. Sadly, it was like bread with toppings. Really soggy and lacked flavor. Serving it on a pan lined with tissue paper certainly does not help. It was also a pre-made shell so if this is something you hate like I do, don't order the pizza unless you are a huge frozen pizza fan because this was similar. The wings came in 2 flavors, one order was just cooked hot, the other was not. I'm not sure how that went down in the kitchen, but I did not feel like sending it back. Total bill was in the $70's I had one beer and a soft drink. I'll come back for a drink and the bar atmosphere, but won't be getting my pizza and wing fix here.
