Beer, Beer, and yes more Beer!!
So me and my boyfriend were heading out to a local place for wings but we ended up getting side tracked to this little Brewery! I've heard on Penn Brewery but never had the chance to get there until now. I absolutely feel I love with the decor and the quaint brick building. The out door area with the brick road was super cute and gave it an European feel. It was obviously to cold to sit outside but would love to check it out when it's in full glory mode.
After we got inside and seated I checked out the beer menu. I loved how they had their own selection of beers. I was a bit disappointed That the beer I was told to try was out of stock so I ended up going with the Penn Dark which was so delicious I ended up drinking two of them
As for food I ordered the wild mushroom flat bread and the butcher plate for 2-3 people. Now don't get me wrong the mushroom flat bread was good but I was disappointed there were so few actual mushrooms on it. The butcher plate was excellent I lived all the different meats but you only got 2 kinds of cheese which I wish I had at least one more to try.
My boyfriend got the beef and lamb Doner Kebab that I didn't try but he raved that the lamb was especially tasty.
As for our server she was nice but when she reviewed our beer menu she went over which ones they had on tap and which ones were not which was great. Then I forgot which ones she didn't have an asked about a certain one that was not on tap and she got a bit annoyed and snippy with me. I was taken a bit back from but other then that our service was good.
