rev:text	During our lunch on 12/22/2014 at the Islamorada Fish Company located inside the Bass Pro Shop in Mesa, Arizona, my husband and I witnessed a server carelessly and recklessly splash soda and ice cubes on to a man's face (as well as on to the bar) while he was eating his lunch. The man reacted in telling the server it was BS, she loudly said I'm sorry in a huffy manner and ran off. Shortly after her huffy dismissal, the manager "Omar" walked up to the man as if he was ready to start a fight with a SMILEY SMIRK on his face and ALL FULL OF ATTITUDE and told the CUSTOMER "Why are you cussing out my girl" the man told Omar he didn't cuss the server out and that he said it was BS that she had hit right next to his eye with ice and also splattered him with soda. The "MANAGER - Omar" then threated the man that he was going to have him thrown out of the restaurant. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!! This Person you made a MANAGER doesn't know the first thing about managing anything!!!!!! He should have apologized profusely to the CUSTOMER and offered to buy his lunch instead of offering to have him thrown of the restaurant. Bass Pro and its affiliates should look hard into their hiring practices, especially with whom they place in to a managerial position!!!! Shame on you!!!! After the manager left, I approached the gentleman and told him that my husband and I had witnessed the whole thing (another patron spoke up and said she had also witnessed it) and that even though we didn't know him that I was going to write a letter on his behalf. He thanked us, paid his bill and left. I am sure none of us will be in any hurry to patronize Islamorada Fish Company located inside Bass Pro Shop any time soon!!!!!
