  • It was my first time in and James was exceptional at resolving our car issues. For being in the car industry, James had the most integrity doing his job. Unfortunately, James had a situation before he assisted me and was trying to give solutions for the customer that but he was too unreasonable. Felt like he wanted to just come in and complain with no direction of what he wanted. Midas let's you walk into their garage and look at the issues at hand but he was adamant of not seeing the issue, seems like he was at fault. Kudos to James for handling that issue and giving a solution that he didn't want to accept. Thanks James for resolving our issue and having integrity in doing your job.
