  • What a fantastic arena! I attended the Billboard Music Awards with access to the Jack Daniels lounge. This was the first event I attended at T Mobile and I had such a great time! First thing's first... if your ticket says gates close at 5:30p, they close at 5:30p. Get there early! I'm not sure if it was exclusive to the event I went to but there were tons of kiosks and promos to visit and learn about. Our seats were assigned, so there was no rush to get to them... just to get through security and into the venue. Next thing, no cameras. Your phone is cool and perhaps your point and shoot...but no removable lenses allowed. Once you're inside, I would find out what area your seats are in and grab your booze prior to the show. The stairs are kind of steep so not being familiar with your seating and trying to carry beers may be a bad idea. I did witness some folks tripping. Ladies, you may want to leave your super high heels at home. The sound was pretty stellar, I didn't notice any weird sounds or glitches. The arena itself makes for some great reverb. Yeah live music! The bathrooms and bars were both easily accessible. The bathrooms are well lit and spacious. I can't wait to attend another show at T Mobile. We took a Lyft and the Uber/Lyft route seemed to be the best option. I've heard parking can get chaotic so if you can avoid it, do so. Uber/Lyft are both great, efficient options.
