  • just had the absolute WORST experience. The service manager, Jim, was so incredibly rude to me. They broke part of my door while doing a repair on my side view mirror and will not fix it. Though I reported it the very first time I drove the car after picking it up. He said I had only been there twice before and the car is 12 years old. What does that have to do with anything? It's in excellent condition and I just moved here. He and the service advisor were so mean. Jim handed me his card when I asked who his supervisor was and then he proceeded to walk away from me. In the middle of a conversation. I can't believe they refuse to fix what THEY broke. I left in tears. I will be contacting corporate. SAVE YOURSELVES THE HASSLE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN. BULLIES!!!!!!
