Not a pleasant experience.
My husband and I purchased a highchair at this location and because they didn't have any left in the store so they said they will mail the package to us and it's gonna take 3-5 business days. After waiting for 5 business days, I called in and ask why haven't I got it yet. They told me "oh it's gonna take the warehouse 3-5 business days to ship it and after they ship it they will send you an email and it's gonna take 5-10 business days to get to you. And you can track your order via the email."
EXCUSE ME?!??
Btw I haven't got the email yet, after 7 business days.
And parents who's interested in purchasing at this place, before you deciding become their costumer, please see the pictures attached. Their policy is a joke. If you have this kind of policy of not responsible for deliveries exceeding the estimated lead times then don't tell me is gonna take 3-5 days when I buy stuff then BS me when I call. I was lied to and when I think of it my new mom hormone is not very happy about it.
