  • Great customer service! I made an online appointment for Sunday at 2pm, I was in and out in about 20 minutes; including a check-over of the truck for damage pre-rental and all. I did the online 'check-in' which I think did save time, as the representative asked to see my license, but only looked at it and handed it back. They didn't try hard to up-sell me with any equipment I didn't need. All in all, it was a very low-hastle, relaxed experience. I will definitely go there again. Oh, and here is a freebie for y'all: Don't try to save money by stockpiling boxes and going weird routes to get boxes (like going to walmart late at night, etc). Do yourself a huge favor and buy a bunch of boxes from Home Depot or someplace. Even better: Rubbermaid Roughneck bins. Good boxes are like 2 bucks each. And get some packing material; newsprint or bubble stuff. Here is why: when all of your boxes are the same size they stack MUCH TIGHTER and are actually more sturdy than just random boxes. The money you save by using all of your saved Amazon Prime boxes will NOT be worth the time wasted trying to get all of your rooms full of junk to fit in them. Then when you go to stack them in the truck (or storage unit) you will have so much space wasted since you won't be able to stack the boxes nearly as high as if they were all homogeneous. So just get some nice boxes already. You can use them forever. Anyways, *end rant* have fun!
