  • I just wanted to say how amazing my experience was with Charmaine and Las Vegas Baby Equipment Rentals. The service provided (delivery of a stroller to the bell desk at MGM Grand, within 2 hours of request!) and the customer service (the owner called me to make sure everything was correct and we were on the same page, and to ask if I needed anything else!) and the product (lovely BOB double stroller that was perfect for walking 10+ miles a day with a 2 and 4 year old). My kiddos were happy as clams while we trucked it all over the strip (so many elevators!) because they loved the stroller so much. They took many naps, played in it, and basically made their home in it. Of course, they asked if we could take it home :) Having flown from Wisconsin, it was just unfeasable for me to bring something to cart the kids around in, and this was honestly a lifesaver! I was astounded at the extremely reasonable prices, and the array of products available for rental, as well as the cost of my rental including rush/same day delivery (there was free pickup and delivery, I believe, with enough notice). Charmaine was so pleasant to work with, I wouldn't hesitate to use her company again, and in fact definitely plan to the next time we are in Vegas for one of my husband's conferences (2018). Outstanding experience, can't recommend highly enough!
