  • I originally bought my 2014 2SS/RS/1LE with DME from Auto Nation MESA/Main Street location prior to their move to the new Gilbert location off 202. From unethical and lazy Sales representation all the way up the ladder to the Manager, Tony, to the lack of customer service for follow up as their dealership completely botched my matte hood, I SWORE I would never return. Now having made their move to Gilbert, the ONLY person to redeem this dealership and their rating from me is Jon Thompson, my Service Advisor. From communication, to follow up, to ensuring quality and top notch customer service, he has never failed to exceed my expectations. Just a head's up to the Autonation Management - put Jon Thompson in charge of training ALL of your employees. He truly exemplifies one word - SERVICE!
