  • STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! If you are looking to get taken advantage of and waste your time and money....this is your place. Besides the sales floor, the customer service is atrocious. Nobody comes to help with anything (for merchandise and service department) and generally speaking, they know very little about ANYTHING. The service department is the worst service department I've ever dealt with in any type of motor vehicle. They are bad at what they do and are there to steal from you.....And that's after you wait an hour to speak with any idiot who is busy talking with their friends at work. A few months ago I had a small problem with my bike and they told me the bike was totaled. The guy at the counter offered me 1000 bucks as a "pitty" buy even though they aren't "allowed to make offers in the shop". Well 100 dollars later with another mechanic and my bike is in perfect shape and is maintaining its much more significant value than $1000....and working perfectly. What a pathetic place. Oh. And when you go to pay.....it's really nice to get attitude from the 18 year old who is upset you're taking her away from Facebook on her phone. Unreal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
