  • I went to this place because my out-of-town father went there and said how nice and friendly they were when he had an oil change. It is also a convenient location. Ray and I10 location. I took my Honda Civic there because I had a gas leak. They got me in and later called me to tell me that I would need to replace the fuel pump and that there was a hole in it...no problem but the cost was almost $700. I said go ahead and when I got the car back the smell of gas was still present. I took it back and they said they fixed it... still smelled of gas. Took it back a third time..still smelled of gas. By the fourth time they fixed a clip that was coming off and apologized and offered me a free oil change for the trouble. This week I had a guest in my car and they mentioned they could smell gas in the car.... My opinion on this place is that the guys at the counter are nice and friendly but the technicians/mechanics do not take pride in their jobs enough to get the job done right. Also to me, this does reflect to the management level about quality control. The guys at the top are ultimately responsible for the work that leaves their shop and if you have to take a car back 4 times to get it done....well you know...not so good. I am going to try them for the free oil change but my expectations are low.
