  • What happened?!? I had breakfast here in 2014 and it left a very favorable impression in my mind. I was so excited to have my last meal at this buffet during my recent visit. I was sorely disappointed in both the service and the food. The service: Did not check on us often. Did not refill juice (even when I asked!). Seemed to only come to the table to clear it when we went back for seconds and thirds. The food: sad sad sad... I was unable to cut through my pancakes with a knife. They were very rubbery. It was a huge disappointment. Omelet bar was good but had less options than I remembered. I couldn't cut the steak with my butter knife and I finally flagged down a server who told me that they do not have steak knifes. I do not feel like I got my money's worth and I was sad that I chose this to be my last meal of this trip. I would have said something to the manager on duty but he was eating and walking around...
