  • I recently spoke with Jasmine at Family Doctors of Green Valley to complain about how unprofessional the office is ran and mentioned how phone calls aren't return in a timely manner. If you have a problem and need to get a prescription immediately or need to speak with a nurse, please find another doctors office. Unfortunately, the nursing staff does not return phone calls or answer phone calls. I recently waited about 3 weeks to get a prescription filled and finally spoke with Jasmine. Jasmine said she thought the prescription was sent out. Well, it wasn't sent out and it took over a week for Jasmine to return my phone call - sad! I'm at the end of the road with this place. I strongly recommend not going to Family Doctors of Green Valley. They do not care about the customers.
