Convenient to be able to charge an out of state customer for a job just before they transfer the home, and then leave the same problem for the next owner and try to charge them again.
I think the tone of the letter speaks for itself. As a business owner instead of admitting that there was still a problem, while taking the excuse that since the original owner isn't still here to complain I can walk away from my promise to address the issue, I would want to broadcast that I got to the bottom of why the problem wasn't solved that I was paid to fix.
