  • I am a very disappointed season ticket holder. The games are fun and it has been a good bonding experience with my ten year old son. My issue is with the front office. They sold a package called the "RockStar" package. This was supposed to include a Jersey, private performance by Vince Neil, Playoff Tix and arena bowl tix if they made it. So far they have not delivered and have not addressed it to is. They originally lied and said the quality of the jerseys they received were not good enough for their fans so they sent them back. They charged $50 extra for this package. I paid for two said packages. Way to make that extra few bucks Vince. Hard to support a product that steals money from the very people that are trying to help keep a team in town.
