  • We love to go to Outback Steakhouse in Gastonia. The food is great and has great customer service when dining in. However, visiting to take out (Curbside service) needs improvement. The past two times we have ordered out and have been given a set time for order to be ready, we have had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes for our order while waiting in the car. It takes us 20 minutes to get there, so we order before leaving home so it will be ready when we arrive. This has not been the case the last two times we ordered.
