  • Save your money and your time and stay away from this hell hole. Nobody here, with the exception of Ryan in the office, cares about their jobs and do absolutely nothing. It's sad that I've only lived here for 4 months and I have had numerous things go wrong. It took them 3 months to fix our toilet (which we put in a work order for the week we moved in) and don't ever expect maintenance to respond to you. Called for an emergency work order last night do to our kitchen sinks not working, but nobody responded or called back. Because of this I had the pleasant surprise this morning of a flooded kitchen floor. Not only is that disgusting and could have been avoided if maintenance did their job, but it caused unnecessary damage to our furniture and the office couldn't care less. I also need to add that because they purchased the property next door, there are double the apartment numbers which means it's been a huge struggle getting any packages. I've had packages delivered to the other apartment that has the same number and they aren't courteous enough to return what's not theirs. The property owners need to do something about this because it's so annoying. Definitely not leasing with them ever again.
