  • We had a West rim tour. Grant was an outstanding driver and tour guide. He made the experience fun. I only have it four stars because they company making the box lunches caused us to be 45 minutes later to the Grand Canyon than planned and also some the passengers were also 45 minutes late getting back. Which caused us to miss a show we had booked for later in the evening. We also had a driver switch which also added an additional 20 minutes at least. It is a shame that the end of the day is what put a damper on the whole day. But Grant was stellar and I don't fault him at all.
