  • I've been calling around for quotes from different Honda Dealer Service Departments, as my '07 Si needs a new clutch. My usual dealer was bought out by Autonation, and their quality tanked, and now I'm looking for another dealer to earn my business. It will not be Earnhardt Honda. Every other Valley Honda Dealer I spoke to, gladly gave me a quote on parts+labor, and whether or not they offered financing. The service department didn't answer the first time, so I called back. There was an answer, but it was 30+ seconds before someone came on the line, obviously having a conversation with someone else in the room. When they finally finished talking to said person, she was pleasant enough, but had to put me back on hold almost immediately. When she came back, she said all the service writers were busy helping customers, and can they'd call me back. I reluctantly gave them my number (I work overnights, and was getting ready for bed), and she said they'd call back by the time they closed. That was Saturday morning. I still haven't heard a thing from them. This is very poor customer service, and even if they call at this point, I won't take my car there, unless they offered me a stellar deal. Even then, I'd be reluctant.
