  • We came here because our son was ill and we liked the provider he saw. I thought we found a wonderful place, but I was not happy with the office over the next few months when he became sick again. I called on 4, FOUR, separate occasions needing my son to be seen but not once could they fit him in. Every time I was just told to take him to urgent care or the ER. I'm sorry, but I choose their provider for a reason, and I wanted to avoid the higher copay at the hospital. The nurse I spoke to on one occasion was rude. I'm a nurse as well and did not receive any type of compassion or help. I know they strive on "Christian" values, based on their website, but I did not feel those values at all. We also had a balance due which I was making payments on, but they decided to discharge my son from their practice over money. Do yourself a favor and pick a better practice, like I did. One that will make your family and child feel important and cared for! I only gave 1 star because I had to, honestly zero (0) is my score for this practice!
