  • TERRIBLE experience! I found this salon and decided to try it after moving here from Colorado. I first met with Patty, master stylist. She covered my grey and did a really nice job, was very confident. Unfortunately, she didn't have time to do highlights so she suggested another master stylist "Stacy" who turned out to be the owner, to help me with that in a few weeks. I went with a picture of what I wanted, nothing crazy just some balayage on the ends, told her my hair pulls extremely warm. She told me that my brown needed to be darker, and she proceeded to change that color and add the balayage to my hair. When I was done, my brown was a terrible shade of brass and burgundy. She told me to go home and then to come back the next day to tone it. Still hated the color. She then tried to fix it, and the balayage ended up looking like I did it at home, wasn't even close to the picture I brought in. She turned the whole back of my hair blonde and I just wanted my ends and sides done. I took a picture of my hair a few days before I went to Aveda, and my bangs were down past my chin, all one length. Now my bangs are up to my eyebrows and broken hair everywhere. This is what I get for paying hundreds of dollars for. Never again, I would not recommend this place to anyone.
