First time I went was good enough: the staff was friendly and the prices were fair. However, the dress had been taken in too far and I went back to have it fixed. It was 11 days later, which was outside the 10 day policy, which meant an extra cost. They didn't realize this until AFTER I left. So I got a phone call, saying that they wouldn't touch my dress unless I agreed to pay them more. When I of course questioned this, the store manager told me that it was not their fault that I had gained weight. Yes you read that right. I was so taken aback; I had left my dress in their hands and this was the service I was receiving. I drove back to the store and took the dress without the repairs. I've never been so insulted. DO NOT use this alterations express!!!
