  • Mina's is one of two Vietnamese restaurants situated along the Canyon Meadows Avenida area along MacLoed Trail. In contrast to Sunshine Vietnamese, Mina's has a more efficient setup of getting you through your meal as quick as they can, without the process seeming rude. Their utensils are neatly placed on the side of the table with the usual condiments. Their menus are immediately placed on each table where you can easily check off what you want. I've always gotten my fail safe dishes here, the same I get in almost every Vietnamese restaurant out there. The Pho Bo Sate and the SpringRoll/ShreddedPork/BBQ Pork Bun. Delicious for something that was quickly put together. Great alternative to fast food joints, a little healthier too. A little :) 17/30
