Lunch on Tuesday, 6/21/16 (first time visiting)
They're located in a plaza with many other options of dining. The parking lot can get quite busy so you'll have to circle around looking for a spot. We walked in and was seated promptly. It's a small restaurant so most of the tables were occupied. The staff members were attentive and for the most part, friendly.
My favorite go-to place for curry is Curry House so that's what I compare my curry to. I usually order the chicken leg katsu as a default but they don't offer it here. They only have Chicken Tender katsu so instead, I ordered the pork katsu along with white rice; it tasted quite tender. To my relief, it tasted as good as Curry House! Of course it's not the same but it can satisfy my craving. It had a similar consistency of curry, not too thick or watery. The spice levels were good too. Not sure if it's because we're in Vegas but I'm not aware of any Curry House locations that would serve alcohol. Drink up!
When I visit Vegas again and I'm up for some curry katsu, I'd definitely visit Zen Curry again.
