  • I have been going to Bubble Bath for shellac/gel manicures every two weeks for the past 2 years and have been very happy with their service. I have a few favourite technicians, but everyone has been good to great in my experience. I don't experience chipping or lifting very often in between manicures (although it happens to one nail on occasion, which is to be expected now and then). In order to prevent this, I find that choosing a gel polish by OPI helps (you can tell the brand by the label on the "colour chart" of sample nails they give you to choose from), as does never soaking my hands in water (I use rubber gloves to do dishes and cleaning around the house, and keep my hands mostly out of the water when taking a bath or swim). I get monthly shellac/gel pedicures here in the summer, too. Never ever have I experienced a chip or lifting on my nails. And sitting in their massage chairs while watching whatever is on their screens from Netflix makes the experience super relaxing. I recommend this place to everyone!
