  • The actual bar is set up nice (though small) and has a nice atmosphere. However, the customer service is non-existent. We came in (were not greeted) and sat at an empty table. We must have sat there for 15 minutes and still NO ONE came to greet us. So, I got up and went to the bar and asked if we could get some help. The chick said we had to order at the bar. WHY DIDNT ANYONE BOTHER TO LET US KNOW THAT? Anyway, we took a look at the menu and were underwhelmed. The only food items were a pizza (one size only) and a couple of cheese and meat boards. At this point, I was so turned off by the customer service (or lack thereof ) that my group and I gathered our things and went next door the the AWESOME AND WELCOMING mexican place (Taco Palace) and had drinks and lunch there.
