This 2 star review is specifically for this location*
This place is so small! For how busy it always is, I feel like they need to invest in a bigger location. When my friends and I got here the line was out the door. 6 groups of 4 ahead of us and a full house cramped with people. The only reason we stayed and waited was because my friends were really craving ramen. If you really want Monta Ramen, try the location on Eastern and Serene (Next to EOS). That place isn't as busy as this one!
The ramen was good, portion was generous which is why I'm even giving this place 2 stars. I also ordered gyoza and it tasted like it was the frozen kind you buy from the store. I suspected that because it was still cold in the middle and because they were all stuck together. Im guessing they half assed cooking it because it was busy.
Their condiments on their table (soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, gyoza sauce) weren't labeled and when my friend picked up the vinegar, the lid opened and spilled it all over the table. It seemed full so I'm guessing whoever refilled it didn't close the lid properly.
Lastly, I felt rushed. I couldn't enjoy my food because I felt like the servers where just walking robots trying to get everyone in and out.
Because of all these things, I probably won't come to this location again especially if there's another location more convenient and less hectic.
