  • Two words - Breakfast Pasta! Wife and I stopped by before going to an afternoon Phoenix Symphony Event. Called ahead to make reservations and had a nice booth. I would recommend making a reservation as Fez is really popular. Brian was our server and did a good job of keeping us filled and satisfied. After looking over the varied Breakfast Brunch options I choose their Breakfast Pasta on a whim. The menu description was intriguing - penne pasta tossed with sauteed linguica sausage, pepadew peppers, red onion, bacon & tossed with creamy scrambled egg; topped with parmesan cheese". Whoa this is now a favorite (my wife told me I won the brunch wars today after I shared several bites). The eggs were perfected blended into pasta and the flavors all worked really well together. The sweetness of the peppers were a good contrast to the savory sausage and bacon. The ample bowl allowed us to linger and watch the eclectic clientele. Very diverse crowd who all seemed to enjoy their meals. We are definitely going back.
