  • As soon as you locate this place be aware that you'll search for a parking spot. This place is busy as it should. One of the first places we were told to visit when we moved here was to go here. It took us a year and a half but we finally made it when we went with out-of-town guests. When you walk through the front door make sure you join in the line (to order your meal) and have someone in your party locate seats. In line you will see the simple menu, be ready when you get to the cashier. Food: My husband and kids love pizza. This was the first time that we opted to not take leftovers home. That is a first. It's not a place for a meal. You're coming for time with friends and the show. Everyone at our table agreed that the company and entertainment was the best part. Not the pizza. Service: You would think that the staff understands that this is a destination for a majority of people that come here. Greeting people with a smile and answering questions like: How will I know when my order is ready? It must have pained our cashier to explain that there is a board with numbers that lights up when it is ready. When my husband asked, "Where is it?" she was agitated that we didn't see "where" it was. When you point aimlessly out the door, that gives us no idea. Effort is lacking in customer service. Atmosphere: This is what you come here for. Although the decor is lacking and brings you back in time, you come for the entertainment. The kids loved it. Although none of their songs were picked they enjoyed chatting and deciding who was going to request it. You come here for the memory of seeing a giant Wurlitzer organ rise onto a stage and listen as a person plays every and any song you can imagine. Parking: It was busy but the lot is huge and free. Don't be surprised if you see tour buses dropping people off. This is a place that different generations will like for what it does and that is bringing people together. Tips: bring cash and a smile.
