  • Well, live and learn...After one year we are terminating our contract with them and managing our own property from 1000 miles away. After reading other reviews, yup the company rips off tenants and owners and charges for work not done. I've had to apologize to our tenant for Home lovers actions. Please don't rent from them or let them manage your property.
