  • Apparently these guys are franchised under "Mr. Appliance" but I I've only ever had technicians come out from this particular location (Moore & Moore). So I can't comment on the franchise itself but in respects to Moore & Moore, I can honestly say that these guys are the best! I've called on them several times over the past five or so years to fix various appliances in my house and they've always taken good care of me. Generally speaking the technicians are courteous, respectful and, most importantly, knowledgeable! They get the job done right. They always take the time as well to explain to me what's wrong with my appliance and what needs to be done to fix it. Seriously the nicest bunch of guys. Thanks so much for taking care of me guys!
