  • Walked away with a brand new 2017 Volkswagen Jetta all thanks to my amazing saleswoman Kelley! She was very straight forward and clear, asked me exactly what I wanted, listened to every detail, helped me find a car for a great price and not to mention throughout the whole behind the desk process she kept me updated and informed on what was going on and what to expect next! She told me the ins and outs of the car, being sure to hit on all of the Jetta's great features. She even knew that the Jetta is lined with African Bees Wax and furthermore explained how this helps make this car one of the safest on the road! With the help of her and her sales manager I walked away with something I am very proud of! P.s. you know how most buying car situations take all day, and you're sitting on the edge of your seat the whole time? Well at Chapman Volkswagen I was in and out very quick, which to me was a huge plus!!
