Having heard decent reviews of this place (and the fact that they make vegetarian broth), I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Miso Ramen and have to say that the flavor of the broth was more inventive than Kinton Ramen on Baldwin. The noodles were disappointing (I love a good bowl of handmade noodles); these were definitely store bought. The veggies were a bit off (black spotted celery). Overall the dish was nothing exciting.
The service was mixed. At first we were seated and taken care of by an attentive and pleasant server. He made sure to clarify ingredients for my friend who ordered Vegetarian Yakisoba. I believe he took his break half-way through our meal. Once we had finished, the other server ignored us even though she walked by several times. Finally we had to wave her over to ask for the bill.
Not worth a try, unless you want an imitation of ramen. Even then, you're better cooking a package of Ichiban at home.
