  • DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. I took my car in for brake job last September. I paid for upgraded ceramic pads. I had to return in March (6 months later) because my car experienced heavy bumping when braking. I did not have to pay (under warranty). They claimed they machines all 4 rotors. 2 months later, I had to return again -- heavy bumping when I braked. They said they cleaned my pads and greased the pins. IT NEVER CLEARED UP THE BUMPING. Today, I took my car to Meineke on Pecan Ave. they said my rotors were so warped that they were warping the cheap (not ceramic) pads that were on my car. It appears that Brakes For Less NEVER turned my rotors (even though they claimed to do so twice) and didn't put upgraded pads on. My brake jobs usually last 4+ years. Clearly they did NOT perform services that I paid for. It was a waste of my time and money.
