  • My boyfriend and I decided to take a trip out to Vegas and decided, hey, why not, let's go big! And sure enough, big we went. The hotel was awesome, nothing we had expected. We didn't know that it wasn't self parking but ONLY valet. When we pulled up, we were greeted by many of the staff and were treated with such service. They attended to our luggage and explained to us the process since it was our first time. The entire hotel is non-smoking and was a big plus for us as we don't smoke. In addition, it is only a hotel, no casino in the lobby like most. We checked in and went into our suite. Two doors, one from the hallway and one to get into our room. We stepped into our room and it was FABULOUS! The decor was modern and our room had a kitchen with all the nice appliances, fully loaded. The living room was very cute which included a sleeper sectional. We stepped into our room and it was a huge king size bed with down comforters, fluffy pillows, and high count sheets. The master bathroom had heated tile floors, a huge shower, duel sinks, a TV in the mirror above the sinks, and the plus was the deep jet tub with a view of the city. Darryl, the manager of the valet folks, personally took our luggage to us since they were very busy. He gave us a wonderful welcome to the hotel and offered any further assistance to us. Overall, the hotel is on the pricier end but with the customer service we received from the entire staff, it was well worth the money spent. The room again was beautiful and will be definitely a place we will return to.
