  • Run don't walk from this place and Dr. Mukherjee unless you want to spend HOURS here. Spent greater than 6 hours here for a colonoscopy. Patient was told to be at surgical center at 0815 for colonoscopy at 0915...he finally got called to the back at 1115, anesthesia at 1330 and finally discharged at 1430 Physician never spoke with the patient; he was on the phone. "Waiting room" is cramped, insufficient uncomfortable and chairs, some repaired with zip ties. Odd smells requiring a mask. Staff are unable/unwilling to provide any information including when patient might be finished or how long the procedure theoretically might take. Staff also blame physician for delay but the facility accepted patients for that day and should know their resources.
