  • The apartments themselves aren't that bad. Yes they are old, they have botched paint jobs and the floors are paper thin...you will hear everything from neighbors. But all in all they weren't awful. The people in the leasing office are decent and the maintenance responds pretty quickly. I lived there for a year and had only minor issues that were fixed quickly. The problem is the resident services girl. She's completely incompetent and one of the rudest people I've ever had to deal with. She didn't show up for my initial walk through before I moved out, and didn't answer the phone all day. I had to call her the next day and she said "Oh that was my bad". Really professional huh? Then she never told me that I couldn't pay my deferred bill (water/sewer/trash) online so I go to pay on the 1st and it won't let me. I called her office and she said I'd have to mail a check in and if she didn't receive it in time I would get charged late fees. When I told her that she never informed me that I wouldn't be able to pay online she said "well you didn't ask me". Seriously?!? That's her job and she has the audacity to blame me for her incompetence. I asked her for the number for corporate and she hung up on me. One of the worst individuals I've ever had to deal with. Do yourself a favor and do not move here so you don't have to deal with the madness of trying to move out without incurring bogus fees.
