No good. Dingy and warn out facility. My father got admitted here last night as a rehab patient and from the minute my family and I arrived here with him, it just rubbed us the wrong way. The room is very barren, the bed is old and my dad says its not comfortable at all. The room he is in doesn't even have blinds/curtains! There is one very old chair in the room. He arrived at 845pm last night and it took over 2 hours from his arrival for the nurse to come see him. My dad pressed the call button and nobody came for over 25 minutes. While my mother and I were standing in the hallway, the charge nurse stormed down the hallway hysterically crying. We asked one of the CNAs what happened and they said she had over 25 patients under her and she was very stressed out. Not very professional and very alarming to witness. They didn't have any of my fathers medications prepared to dispense to him and said they hadn't even ordered it yet and they use an offsite pharmacy and it could take a few hours to get it delivered, meanwhile my dad was in excruciating pain. We left my dad at midnight and he had still not received his medication.
First thing this morning we got on the phone with the insurance company and are moving him tomorrow to a much better quality facility, we can't wait.
Bottom line:
Whatever you do, don't allow your loved ones to come here.
