  • I gave Tommy Bahama an opportunity to improve on my previous experience and they succeeded in spades. The service was excellent. Our server, Domonique, was very knowledgeable about the menu, she made a few recommendations that worked out very well. The first recommendation was for a spiced sangria that was so delicious. Dominique was genuinely friendly and her service timing was excellent. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. There was live music in the lounge that we really enjoyed listening to during our meal. All in all, Tommy Bahama did a great job. Full Disclosure: the regional manager reached out to me about my previous experience. I am impressed that Patrick cared about the issues and pledged to provide some training for the staff. I am confident Tommy Bahama is a business that strives to learn from their mistakes and continue to strive for excellence. We will be back.
