  • Where to start??? Let's see, nearly $100 more than the dealer on a brake job. Two hours after arrival, checked on status. Another 1.5hrs! Brake jobs DO NOT take half of a day. If you are that busy (didn't appear so) then telling a 73old man in over 100 degree heat when he gets there is best for all parties. There is ZERO excuse to expect customers to sit around for that amount of time without warning them- this offered no opportunity to schedule for a better time or arrange a ride. Not to mention overcharging. The manager was diplomatic, but seemed not to care at all.
