  • I brought in a rocking chair. Giovanni was very polite and helped me choose the best fabric for my chair. The job was finished in a timely manner, however, the back cushion did not fit quite right. Giovanni redid the entire job and delivered the chair free of charge. Now it is perfect. Yes, there was a mistake made with the initial job, but he made it right and was very polite throughout the process.
