  • Used to shop JTB before the new owner took over and always found something I liked and would buy. I continued going and shopping because I enjoy supporting local businesses. Unfortunately lately every time I go in the store I am treated with horrible service, still cute clothes, but service means everything to me. To be honest there clothes are really over priced and you can buy them other places for half the price but I am a loyal customer and will still splurge to support once in a while. After my recent visits without being treated well I don't see my self returning. Not worth my time or money. Food for thought, treats your customers better
