  • I was very impressed with the service I received from Reddi Services/Jan Ashford. I had never used them before and they were very quick to get back to me and called me 30 minutes before the plumbing technician came the day of the scheduled service. He flushed the water heater and did the inspection I had purchased through Angie's List. The house is 21 years old and had a few other projects that were shared with me (most of them I was aware would probably be needed to be updated). Gerald was person who came over and he was very professional and after the whole home inspection, gave me an estimate for the other areas that needed to be fixed. It seemed a little high on the price, but I also didn't want to do the work myself and I haven't needed plumbing service for the most part in the 21 years we've lived in the house. I felt Gerald did a great job and at the completion of the work, he went through and showed me everything he had accomplished. I would use them again, and I appreciated the quality of the work Gerald did on the plumbing of our home.
