I personally have never had any extreme problems with Wells Fargo until today, especially in customer service. I had the bank teller name Liat and she was ok. She did her job and when she was giving me change I asked her if she can give me a bag because it to much for me to carry. She said we don't have bags and I looked at her flabbergasted. A lady name Jessica who I soon found out was the service manager came and I explained to her I needed a bag to carry the change out to my car. She said I can't give you a bag because it has out company logo on it that we ordered from Staples. I was once again was shocked how a simple problem could be resolved. So I asked her can I borrow that box you have on the counter and I will return it back to you after I finish putting everything in my car. Jessica said, "We can't do that because it has the company's logo on it." Then I asked her, I can't carry all of these out how do you suggest me to bring it to my car and Jessica said rudely, "if you know your were going to get change you should have bought your own bag." At the point, I was shocked and upset how I was treated because I never gotten this treatment before from any other bank locations. So Jessica walked away, I asked the Liat to direct me so that I can speak to a manager and Liat told me she was the service manager. I look at the wall and there was a quote that mention courtesy and I wonder how she can be a service manager when she couldn't provided me the standard/basic service of customer service. Jessica came back and I asked her what this location's branch number is she gave me an answer and walked away. After I asked Liat, who is the general manager of this location and she told me that Daniel E. was the branch manager. During that time, some other teller found an empty $300 quarter box and gave it to me to use. Meanwhile, I asked to speak with him and she told me that he was in a meeting. I told that is ok. I will give him a call later. Liat then told me that he just got out and directed me towards him. I inform him about Jessica's rudeness and service. All in all, I would not go back. I would rather go somewhere else where I was treated better. I would honestly give them a zero star but since the branch manager attempted to talk to me I gave them a 1 star.
