  • Our 15 year old Sub Zero refrigerator's freezer compartment started experiencing fluctuating temperatures. The Service Technician, Benny, arrived at our house on time. The the moment he walked in the door, Benny was respectful of our concerns and he was the utmost professional. Benny thoroughly explained his diagnosis and the costs to repair. Benny returned 3 days later, on time, with all the parts required (complete freezer condenser unit). Benny REALLY knows what he is doing. AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and professional. We are so pleased with the results. We would definitely call Sub Zero Repair Phoenix for all of our future needs. And we would ask for Benny! Laurel T.
