  • Wow, what a dump. Pulled up to valet the car only to be told they can't do it due to no spaces and told to park in self-parking. The joke in all of this is they have complete sections of the garage closed off which could accomodate valet and self-parking without using employees to stop you and give you a pass to park. While the parking joke was going on, my wife entered to find out Planet Dailies is closed (not on website) due to remodeling. She was also appalled at how filthy the place has become, escalators not clean, carpets smell of mildew, rude employees, etc. Caesars sure has ruined the site where we got married 13 years ago and their actions stated tonight they don't want our business so we went to Palms instead where we didn't feel like cattle.
