  • I really really hate to say this. But I am not much of a fan of crown bakery anymore. I used to love it! It was my go to place with my friends! I always ordered green tea shaved ice and it came with lots of fruits, red beans, and green tea ice cream! I literally loved it so much! However, the past couple of times I came, all I faced was disappointments. There is a new guy who works there. The first time I encoutered him, he said he was new. Which is fine. I was understanding, but my shaved ice had pretty much no fruits and no ice cream.. So I waited awhile again before I went. And he was there again. My friend asked if they have red bean ice cream and he said yes, so she wanted to get that alongside with one if their baked goods. But when she ordered it, he said they don't have it! He told my other friend in Korean that they don't have it right now. And then I asked do they have green tea shaved ice and can I add green tea ice cream. He said they only have green tea shaved ice but it does not come with green tea ice cream. I said I am willing to pay the extra price. Then he went on to tell me about how they do not have it. So we asked why it is on the menu. And he said the menu is wrong. Like what the heck??? How come they don't have it anymore??? Or did he just not want to do it. Another Korean girl was there acting like his translator, and my friend is Korean. She told me that the 'translator' kept telling him "just say no." What even is that? Crown Bakery has had its downfall and I will not contribute to this business any longer until they get their stuff together.
