  • This is fast becoming one of my favorite restaurants. For me it's up there with Good Food and Barringtons but a better bar scene. That matters to me as I am currently single. The staff is very well trained and the owner John Weinbrenner (so?) is often on premise making you feel special. And isn't that what we want ? Yes we want great food and City TAVERN HAS IT ! They have it in abundance. I had the tuna tonight and it was great. Better even than Sullivan's who made that appetizer for me. Steaks are strong but the signature items are what set this place apart. But as I said earlier they really make you feel special. Like a VIP no matter who you are. I feel prices are on point for the quality. Come here. You will be glad.
