  • I would love to give these guys more as there are some really nice guys that work there. But there management is morally questionable at best and use the tactics of your typical door to door meat salesmen. I was pressured many times. They never got my furnace fixed so I bought a new one then made a lot of promises but didn't take any action till their hands were tied. Acting as though I was insulting them by not just trusting that they were going to refund me hundreds of dollars after the fact. The sales manager was defensive, aggressive and threatening. Three days I dealt with this company. Likely won't again. And only because of one person who appeared to be in charge.
